Ray'Chel humbly began her economic development career as a classroom teacher through Teach For America. The journey from educator to entrepreneur began when she created financial education materials based on  the financial empowerment needs of her students. Once she paid off student loans from investing and published the 3-part Black Wealth Freedom series, impact beyond the classroom and into the marketplace skyrocketed. 


Both individuals (business consulting and tutoring) and institutions (keynote speaking, corporate development workshops, curriculum development)
